PARKING RULES:
White Line: Free parking
Blue line: Paid parking
(8:30–14:30/16:30–20:30), with a purchased parking ticket. The maximum permitted parking time is no more than 2 hours. After this time, you must purchase a new ticket from the machine. 
Green Line: Paid parking (8:30 AM - 2:30 PM/4:30 PM - 8:30 PM), with a purchased parking ticket. The maximum permitted parking time is 5 hours. After this time, you must purchase a new ticket from the machine.
Yellow line: No parking
Cancelling a fine (blue and green lines): Approach the parking meter with your receipt, press the cancellation button, enter the code from your receipt and pay 3 euros.
Fine waiver (yellow line): fine 50 EUR, payable only at the local municipality.
Signs prohibiting stopping or parking look like those in Russia.
There's a high fine for parking in taxi stands and spaces designated for the disabled. Be careful!
